I recommend printing all parts at 0.1-0.2mm layer height, 3+ perimeters, and solid/100% infill for maximum strength. The design necessitates a few thin parts and the extra strength goes a long way to ensure nothing breaks. Any parts that require multiples to be printed are marked with a "2x" or "3x" suffix. Everything should fit snugly, aside from the moving parts which should move/rotate easily. The springs can be printed without supports at a low layer height. There will be a little bit of sag at the top, but I've found that this is preferable to having to delicately remove supports while trying not to bend the spring. Everything should be fairly self-explanatory in how it fits together. I recommend assembling the Handle/Scissor Blade sections and then fitting them into the frame as one unit along with the center blade. Everything else is designed to only function or fit in the place and orientation it was designed for. This model will require a little superglue to hold everything together.
