Getting Started with Hellozon

  1. Go to the registration page
  2. Fill in all required fields
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Sign in to your account
Register Now

After registration, we recommend you:

  • Complete your tax profile
  • Add your taxes/payments
  • Configure notifications
  • Explore the tax calculators

Account

  1. Open Account settings from the menu
  2. Edit your personal information
  3. Click Save changes

  1. Go to Account settings
  2. Open the Change password section
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Save

Warning: This cannot be undone.

  1. Go to Account settings
  2. Open the Danger zone section
  3. Choose Delete account and follow the steps
  4. Confirm with your password

Your data will be permanently removed.

Taxes

Option 1: Manual entry
  1. Open Taxes
  2. Click Add
  3. Fill in the fields
  4. Save
Option 2: From preset list
  1. Open Taxes
  2. Choose Add from list
  3. Pick a category or template
  4. Adjust amounts and dates
  5. Save

  1. Open Taxes
  2. Find the item
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update the details
  5. Save

  1. Open Taxes or the calendar
  2. Select the item
  3. Choose Mark as paid
  4. Add payment date and optional receipt
  5. Confirm

The item moves to your paid list.

Documents

  1. Open Documents
  2. Open or create a folder
  3. Click Upload file
  4. Choose your file and confirm

Supported types depend on your plan; common types include PDF and images.

  1. Open Documents
  2. Create a folder
  3. Name it (e.g. “2024 receipts”)
  4. Upload or move files into it

Tip: use clear names so you can find forms and receipts quickly.

Billing & subscriptions

  1. Open Upgrade or your account area
  2. Pick a plan
  3. Complete checkout

Plan changes may apply at the next billing cycle depending on your payment provider.

Download invoices from your payment provider (e.g. PayPal) or contact support if you need a copy.

Troubleshooting

Common causes:
  • Wrong password
  • Typo in email
  • Browser or network issue
Try this:
  1. Use Forgot password? on the login page
  2. Try another browser or device
  3. Contact support if it keeps failing

Try these steps:
  1. Refresh the page (F5)
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try another browser
  4. Check your internet connection
  5. See our status page for outages

Common causes:
  • Unstable connection
  • Outdated browser
  • Session expired (sign in again)
Try this:
  1. Check your connection
  2. Update the browser
  3. Wait a minute and retry
  4. Contact support if it continues
